Satellite Human Resources

All companies need human resource services. But most don’t need a full time HR person on payroll. This service allows ownership and management to step back from HR and sensitive employee issues but allows for staff to speak to a trusted professional that can handle and resolve complex and confidential topics.

In addition, this service includes support on annual evaluations; warning an employee for bad work; warning an employee for bad behavior or help with termination of an employee.

HR Management is a monthly maintenance service based on business needs and staff size.
